Changing Yourself First

Sometimes we want things went well. We hope that other people, the environment, and events in accordance with our wishes. We expect the changes happening in the outside world other than yourself. And it will never be, as hoped pepesan empty.

"You know, actually exists in the body a piece of meat, good meat if it is good also the entire body and if damaged it also damaged the entire body, know that a piece of meat is the heart." (Narrated by al-Bukhari and Muslim)

Everything was going well is not by changing our world, but rather by changing our hearts first. Success, failure, or any circumstances that surround us is a reflection of our hearts. If we want to change what is outside ourselves, we first have to change what is within us.

Begin to change our hearts, a heart that just wish to God. The intention of what we wanted and prayed that prayer from the inmost heart. As mentioned in the hadith, we would get according to what we intend, and our prayers will be answered if we believe in our prayers. This belief in the hearts berbada.

"Every person will get the appropriate intention". (Bukhari, Muslim)

When you pray do not say, "O Allah, forgive me if you wish, have mercy on me if you want and give me luck if you want." Be ye plead with all sincerity for God to do all that pleases and there is no compulsion to Him. (Narrated by Bukhari and Muslim)

Make our hearts be filled with hearts of gratitude. Logically, how can we get something new if we can not accept the old. Enjoy what we already have, inevitably favors others will follow.

And (remember) when your Lord announced: "If ye are grateful, I will add more (favors) unto you, and if you deny (My favor), then My punishment is very painful". (Surah Ibrahim: 7 )

If we expect others, the environment, and events changed in accordance with our desires, we will be exhausted without success. Characteristics of people who like this are usually or always say "I wish ...". For example, "If the opportunity comes to my face". "If my boss understands."

Forget the words in case. Begin to organize the liver, the heart began to change all that exists outside of ourselves will change. Do not spend the time to expect someone to give a chance. Look for opportunities themselves. Do not expect others to always understand ourselves, we begin to understand other people.
